Digital twins
Nexerium builds digital twins: live 3D replicas of buildings, sites and cities, created in Unreal Engine to help teams plan, run and present real places. We are based in Riyadh and work across Saudi Arabia.

06Common questions
Before you ask.
What does Nexerium do?
Nexerium builds digital twins and delivers XR virtual production, events, exhibitions and immersive experiences across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, our team handles concept, design, content, technical production and delivery.
Where do you work?
We're based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and deliver projects across the Kingdom.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Immersive installations, studios and broadcast, events and festivals, sports and fan zones, conferences and summits, exhibitions, and art and culture: from national days and festivals to fan zones, gala dinners, museum-grade exhibitions, broadcast sets and permanent installations.
What technology do you bring?
An XR studio in Riyadh for virtual production, interactive experiences, content for LED stages and projection mapping, e-gaming, realtime workstations, virtual worlds, AR and digital twins built in Unreal Engine, with the crew and equipment to run them, for a single night or as permanent installations.
Does Nexerium build digital twins?
Yes. Nexerium builds realtime 3D replicas of buildings, sites and cities in Unreal Engine for planning, operations and presentation. A digital twin represents a real place; a virtual world can be fictional. The model, interactions and any data connections are scoped around the project brief and the information available.
How does a project run?
In four steps. Concept: we listen, study the audience and shape one clear idea. Design: 3D visuals, content and technical drawings, signed off before anything is built. Production: fabrication, LED, sound, light and content, tested before load-in. Show night: our crew runs the show live, cue by cue, then hands over.
